Flooded Raquetball court
This is a result of the 2014 floods that affected the Coachella valley. In this picture we see a racquetball court that was completely underwater for almost 2 days. The room was drained with the aid of a sump pump, after that we had to remove of the flooring and dry the structure out.
The facility became flooded because an onsite engineer had failed to maintain one of the drainage culverts. It became compromised and this affected the entire clubhouse.
The project took several weeks to dry-down, remove affected material and then wipe-down. This ensures a clean and safe surface to build upon.
At SERVPRO we handle losses of all sizes. In this example we were able to really save a business and get them, back up and running.
