Ceiling damage in the garage

At SERVPRO of Palm Springs and Indian Wells we are always here to help when you need us.

In this picture we see a shot of a water damage that has affected the ceiling of a garage.

Once the material starts to sag under its own weight, we find that drying in place is no longer an option.

At this stage we will remove all the affected material and open up the framework to dry.

The reason it is important to have air circulating, is that agitated air keeps mold spores from settling and starting to colonize.
