Slab Leak

At SERVPRO of Palm Springs and SERVPRO of Indian Wells we experienced at all aspects of Water Damage.

In this picture we see a shot of a slab leak that has been located at a residence.

One of the more invasive types of water damage, a slab leak usually requires a third party company to come out to the site and perform a leak detection.

This process involves pressurizing the system with air that pressure then escapes through the break in the line. The water then perks to the surface.

They then use a jack hammer or hand tools to penetrate the slab, locate the line. A plumber is then contracted to fix the line. The hole is filled in the slab is repaired. The tile is replaced.
